Career Center Manager – While delivering innovative solutions, exceptional service and trusted results, the Manager will partner with unit supervisors, case management staff and partner staff to provide the day-to-day guidance for the One Stop Career Center(s). Manager will assist in supervising the daily operations and staff of the centers while performing professional and technical work monitoring performance to ensure contract compliance, quality of services provided, and positive outcomes.
Assistant Career Center – While delivering innovative solutions, exceptional service and trusted results, the Assistant Manager will work with Career Center Manager, partner staff, case management staff and others to provide the day-to-day guidance for the Career Center Center. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Center staff in the daily operations while performing professional and technical work monitoring performance to ensure contract compliance, quality of services provided, and positive outcomes.
Career Counselor – A Case Manager must successfully provide comprehensive case management to assigned individuals, some with multiple barriers to employment, utilizing various career assessment, planning and related tools and activities. A Case Manager will work collaboratively with the Career Advisor and Business Services staff assisting in arranging for interviews; monitor participant performance throughout workforce programs and counsels participants so that all programmatic metrics are successfully met. This position will assist training instructors in the collection of program materials; refer qualified participants to employers and conduct necessary follow-up.
Information and Eligibility Specialist – The Information & Eligibility Specialist will facilitate information sessions to disseminate accurate information regarding the requirements to apply for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded services and other programs with eligibility screening processes. The Information & Eligibility Specialist will collect required documentation, verify compliance with program requirements, and complete and accurately data enter the information.
YouthWorks Case Manager – Youth Works Case Manager must successfully, in collaboration with partner agencies, provide case coordination to assigned youth with multiple barriers to employment utilizing career assessment, planning and related activities. The Youth Case Manager will also be charged with recruiting youth and referring to training vendors. This position is also required to place youth in competitive unsubsidized employment.
Administrative Support – Provides clerical and office support to Career Center personnel, organizational committees, subcommittees, and any task forces to ensure the efficient, accurate and effective provision of information.
